ADVANCED COLON MASSAGE L3 DIPLOMA COURSE

Image

Deep colon massage has numerous benefits, focusing on the large colon and its metabolic and energetic functions. The deep colon massage involves a brief lower back massage to warm up the posterior abdominal wall and induce relaxation, followed by a general abdominal massage to relax the abdominal tissues. A deeper colon massage is then given, followed by some lymphatic techniques to assist with detoxification. This massage may also involve ileocaecal valve work for those with conditions such as SIBO, gastroparesis or chronic constipation or diarrhoea.
