SWEDISH MASSAGE DIPLOMA

Image

Swedish massage promotes psychological wellbeing through stress reduction and relaxation, by applying long, gentle strokes, which stimulate the release of natural endorphins. Physiologically, it boosts the circulatory, immune, nervous, digestive and the musculo-skeletal systems. It will not work into deep rooted muscle tension, but some may feel some release.

Swedish is mainly used for relaxation but can be adjusted to offer more of an energising effect.
