Image

This course is intended for therapists who want to offer or develop their scalp and/or facial massage for further relaxation.

Tension can build up around the head, causing headaches, jaw problems and puffy eyes. Scalp acupressure works on numerous nerve endings, which if done regularly, can promote faster relaxation. it also works on the extensive lymphatic system in the head to help prevent illness and fatigue. Combined with a little facial work it can help improve puffy eyes and congested sinuses. It also offers a quick way to promote relaxation when you may not have a whole hour to spare.

Practical day will be in Tunbridge Wells
