Transformation Workshops

This 15 week transformation workshop is designed for anyone who:-

  • has unresolved trauma
  • repeats toxic cycles in their life
  • struggles with life's challenges
  • struggles to maintain healthy relationships
  • feels stuck in life

The sessions take place over zoom every Wednesday from 6-8pm, and each session builds on the previous one.

The workshops run 2 to 3 times a year (Jan - April, May to July and Sept to Dec)

This workshop is about changing your thought patterns in order to create real change in your life, exploring who you are on the inside, and taking accountability for your own self development, so that you can present your authentic self to the world.

You will discover resources within yourself that will enable you to improve your intuition and self awareness, and increase your ability to face any challenges.

Covering a different topic each week, and building on the knowledge gained from the previous week, we will explore personas, emotional triggers, trauma cycles, narcissism and co-dependency in relationships. The second half of the workshop we also do inner child and shadow work, and really start to apply the knowledge that we have learnt to our own life circumstances, reflecting on your past challenges and identifying how you can move forwards. There will be discussion, self-reflection, mindfulness, breathwork, individual and paired exercises, and small tasks to do at home along the way.
