TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP

This 15 week transformation workshop is designed for anyone who:-

  • has unresolved trauma
  • repeats toxic cycles in their life
  • struggles with life's challenges
  • struggles to maintain healthy relationships
  • feels stuck in life

The sessions take place over zoom every Wednesday from 6-8pm, and each session builds on the previous one.

The workshops run 2 to 3 times a year (Jan - April, May to July and Sept to Dec)

This workshop is about changing your thought patterns in order to create real change in your life, exploring who you are on the inside, and taking accountability for your own self development, so that you can present your authentic self to the world.

You will discover resources within yourself that will enable you to improve your intuition and self awareness, and increase your ability to face any challenges.

Covering a different topic each week, and building on the knowledge gained from the previous week, we will explore personas, emotional triggers, trauma cycles, narcissism and co-dependency in relationships. The second half of the workshop we also do inner child and shadow work, and really start to apply the knowledge that we have learnt to our own life circumstances, reflecting on your past challenges and identifying how you can move forwards. There will be discussion, self-reflection, mindfulness, breathwork, individual and paired exercises, and small tasks to do at home along the way.

NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET DAY

If you've ever felt like you need to go on a retreat to relax but can't afford it, then this is the service for you. My 1:1 nervous system reset is perfect for anyone who is suffering with high stress levels, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, panic attacks, burnout, cancer or even teens with exam stress.

This service is approximately 5 hours and can be tailored to suit specific needs. The session includes a 60 minute trauma massage, designed to regulate the nervous system, a 60 minute reiki session, a 30 minute vagus nerve toning, a 60 minute breathwork session, and around 60 minutes of mindfulness and meditation.

The trauma massage is designed in a way that minimises stress on the tissues and does not overload the nervous system. The focus is on rebalancing the nervous system in order to override the fight or flight response.

Meditation and mindfulness can help improve sleep, ease stress and anxiety and regulate the nervous system.

The breathwork promotes relaxation, mental focus, digestive function, calms the nervous system, eases brain fog, boosts immunity and improves lung capacity. It is also hugely beneficial for trauma, PTSD, high anxiety and clients with cancer, creating a safe space for suppressed emotions to come to the surface.

The reiki enables relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, eases trauma, relieves pain, and speeds up healing, by improving the flow of energy around the body.

VAGUS NERVE TONING (also available as an individual treatment)

By toning the vagus nerve, the nervous system as a whole and our stress responses can be regulated. Infrasonic frequencies and vibration work together to signal the vagus nerve to relax, calming the nerves and increasing stress resilience, optimising self-regulation. It can also improve mental focus, heart rate variability and promote better sleep. This is ideal for those with unresolved trauma and high anxiety.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork can help promote relaxation, mental focus, calm the nervous system, ease brain fog, boost immunity, promote digestive function and improve lung capacity. It is hugely beneficial for trauma, PTSD, high anxiety levels and clients with cancer. It creates a safe space for suppressed emotions to come to the surface more easily.

I hold breathwork classes every week on zoom, which will suit those who are new to breathwork as well as those who may have done it before. Some of my classes are more focused on relaxation and easing anxiety, while others are more trauma focused, with a view to releasing suppressed emotions, becoming more self-aware and bringing about a spiritual awakening.

Breathwork sessions can be online or in person, and in a class setting or on a 1:1 basis.
Pranayama classes are on Thursdays 5.30 - 6.30pm, and trauma release classes are on Mondays 4.30 -5.30pm, both on zoom.

Pranayama and Wim Hof are designed to relax, reduce anxiety , energise and strengthen the body, while the conscius connected breathing is used for trauma release.

SPIRITUAL HYPNOTHERAPY

I offer spiritual hypnotherapy as an online service that can be booked any time around my time in the salon, including Sundays and Mondays.

While I will be guiding you to access an altered state of consciousness so that you cann access your intuition and subconscious, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and how much you access is determined by you and how much information you are ready to receive.

Should you be unable to be induced a distance reiki/breathwork or meditation session can be offered as an alternative.

As a certified spiritual hypnotherapist, i am not qualified to deal with clinical issues in a hypnotherapy session. Topics than can be addressed are:-

REIKI/DISTANCE REIKI

I am a 9th generation Usui reiki practitioner. The Usui tradition of reiki was developed from an ancient form of energy healing by Mikao Usui in 1922, on the profound belief in a universal life force, that when channelled correctly, can bring about healing and holistic well-being.

Usui reiki involves gentle placement of hands for healing and improving the balance in the body. It does not treat conditions but can be used to support traditional treatments.

By improving the flow of energy around the body, reiki can enable relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, ease trauma, relieve pain, speed up healing and reduce other symptoms of illness.
People may experience heat, cold, tingling, see colours or pictures, or have memories arise. Your experiences may become more profound the more you continue with reiki.

AROMATHERAPY


The use of essential oils derived from plants in aromatherapy is intended to enhance overall health and wellbeing. Natural oils and their scents are employed in this holistic healing method to assist the body, mind and spirit.

I offer 5 aromatherapy blends for use with my massage services.

MUSCLE EASE - analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties and reduces the mental fatigue that often accompanies sore muscles

RELAXATION - to balance emotions, reduce tension and promote sleep. It will also calm menstrual and digestive discomfort, relieving head and stomach tension.

MELLOW MUMMY - a delicately fragranced oil blend designed for use during pregnancy, helping to ease anxiety, promote relaxation and sleep, and improve mood, as well as easing nausea and vomiting. This bl;end also has analgesic properties and will help relieve dry itchy skin associated with stretch marks. This will not be offered in the first 16 weeks.

ENERGISE - offering both euphoric and sedative qualities to balance the mind and body, and acting as a neurotonic to calm the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. This blend will also stimulate and detoxify the circulatory system, reducing water retention and high blood pressure, as well as calming the digestive system and strengthening the skin and hair.


WOMEN'S RESCUE - balances the hormones and boosts the immune system. in addition to regulating mood swings by reducing cortisol, this blend is helpful in reducing bloating and offering relief from the baby blues.

TURMERIC AND GINGER OIL

Turmeric and ginger extracts work in combination to provide a powerful and naturally therapeutic experience by helping to relax sore muscles, relieve joint discomfort, and reduce stress, anxiety and body tension. Turmeric and ginger are considered to be the best natural remedy for joint stiffness and aching muscles associated with arthritis, enhancing blood flow to the affected region, allowing the muscle to relax, and nourishing the skin. This oil combines turmeric and ginger with vitamin E in a base of sesame, olive, sunflower and castor oil.

KALONJI OIL

Kalonji oil, imported from India, is derived from kalonji, or black onion seeds. The particular oil I use also has the addition of eucalyptus and thyme, which add to it's anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Kalonji oil is one of the highest natural sources of thymoquinone, which is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. This oil is particularly good for those suffering with inflammatory eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, sinusitis or any other inflammatory condition.

CBD OIL

This medical grade CBD oil can be used with many of the massage treatments that I offer. Cannabidiol (CBD) oil is derived from the cannabis sativa plant, and can be used for many problems such as pain and anxiety without any mind altering effects, because the addictive and psychoactive substance tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is usually found in cannabis, is not present.

CBD can help to relieve pain, anxiety and other mental health issues, cancer related symptoms, neurological and rheumatoid disorders, high blood pressure and more.

MOLE CHECKS

It is recommended that you check your skin every month to identify any changes in lesions that could potentially be cancerous or precancerous. Since each type of skin cancer has different features, it is important to know the early warning signs. Examnation takes no more than 10 minutes, and while I can not treat any issues, as a MASCED accredsited professional, I am able to advise you on whether there may be an issue and what action to take.
